She's turning, so when she touched the sunlight, she burnt to death. Cudi was a vampire the whole night, so he basically died re-enacting the girls death.

I think this is about his struggle with sobriety. He wants drugs, da highs and feelings keep trying to lure him to come back to drugs. Not having his drugs make him feel bad and that he has nothing. He feels that no one knows what hes dealing with and what hes feeling and that the only thing that will help is drugs.The ending of this video when he walks out, is an indirect way of him giving into the pressure and that him giving in will lead to his death.
