  • Speech therapist and Audiologist are not an MBBS doctor or Ex –stammerer. To work in India they should have the qualification :

    B.Sc. (Hons) Speech and Hearing/B.Sc. Speech and Hearing/BASLP

    M.Sc. Speech language pathology/M.Sc. speech and hearing/MASLP

    Certified by RCI

    Always check does your speech therapist/audiologist have such qualification before joining any center for speech therapy, Hearing test, hearing aid

    If he does not have such qualification you may have consulted a quack, BEWARE. .
