What a load of crap Cox created here. Totally mis-cast too. Should have got Mark Savage, who played Gripper in Grange Hill to play Sid. Oldman was a 28 year-old playing a 19 year-old. Savage would have been much closer to Viscious' age, if not the exact age. He looked more like Viscious - in fact, he was born for the part.

@thepunk247 certain parts of the film were very inaccurate as well as scenes and certain characters....like when he had a bloody nose on stage , that happened in dallas, but in the film it takes place in atlanta. also when at the last show when johnny says the term "every get the feeling youve been cheated" and they play the song" problems", but in the real last show he says it after the song " no fun", it was pretty much a movie "inspired" by a true story. but its still a good movie though!
