@Magni56 Ya, but at least it made sense. C&C Tiberian Sun was already pure sci fi due to the universe westwood created for it and it was projected well in the future after the events of Red Alert. The Chronosphere concept was simple secret weapon for the allies...thats it...it made sense...it had a reason. Same for the iron curtain.  When EA took over they kept on expanding on it too much. Now we have some schoolgirl Yuriko dominating armies.

I did my research. And guess what? Save for CnC 4, they're all very fucking true to the franchise. Red Alert ramped up the camp gradualy while Tib stayed darker and more futuristic. There's nothing wrong with that. As for your complaints about Yuriko... remember Volkov?

And tesla weapons capable of frying tanks are complete bunk, too. Energy requirements alone make it hilariously unfeasible, not to mention the incredible inefficiency inherent in the whole idea.

There ain't no such thing as free energy, physics do not work that way; what Tesla was trying to achieve was wireless high-efficiency transmission of energy, not its creation from nothing. The second part is that it didn't work nearly as well as advertised. For one, the process was sharply limited in the amount of pwoer that could be transmitted.

@Magni56 i never said creating energy out of nothing(perpetuum mobile). i meant free distribution and the state pays all electricity. and if Tesla was given more funding time and better co-workers then he would have accomplished way more. oh and orbital satellite lasers are not so very sci-fi as you stated in your first post, there are airplanes with lasers with which they can burn rockets in half. although putting one in space would be a very delicate procedure.

Prove it. Teslas attempts to wirelessly distribute electricity ran into a hard physical limit in terms of transmission quantity. More money wouldn't have solved that. And free distribution would STILL leave tesla weaponry a complete pipedream due to needing far too much juice to be even remotely effective.

Energy weapons are as a rule horribly energy-inefficient compared to kinetic weapons, especially at long ranges.

Also, the state paying for the power still wouldn't remove the energy efficiency problem. For the likes of a tesla coil to be able to kill a modern MBT, it would need the peak output of an entire nuclear power plant. Just firing an ATGM at it will also get the job done and would cost the government buying that missile a miniscule fraction of the requirements for your bloody tesla weapon.

The gigafortresses are seriously overpowered as hell while air. You cant use bullfrogs cuz they would be vaporized. And hydrofoils can disable them, but that is a lot of micromanage in short amount of time. The best way to take them down is with air units but the still need to reload at airfield and the gigafortress can escape on the water and shoot down 2 aircraft etc etc

@rosselbossel yes, thi is one best of bestest. However Yuriko is very weak agains infanty when her special ability is in progress of loading :) but Others don't have such a problem. For example: I love when i garrison bulding with Natasha and crusing building so :D Yuriko can do it as wekk, but not from great dustance as Natasha :) However Tanya is impractical with it :)))
