@angelartfly1 you have no more self control than i do, you just choose not to hunt. hunting has nothing to do with self control. humans have hunted for food throughout their entire history so why now is it wrong? the only difference now is that their are alternate sources of food. when humans kill, for example, a deer and they eat its meat. animals providing alternate meat (cows, pigs, etc.) are spared because of slightly less demand. animals are going to be killed to feed humans no matter what
@angelartfly1 The money doesnt get to the hands of those who need it because of the corrupt nature of Politicians in Africa. Most of this corruption is consistent with politicians favouring their own tribes and holding back from rivals. It may only be a few jobs but its a few more jobs than would be there otherwise. Guides, trackers, taxidermists, lodge workers... Your Greece argument is completely invalid. This is because of recession, imagine how bad it would be if it wasn't for tourism.

The British government has allocated 8.3billion this year for projects in third world countries and this money will only be added to by 'the white man' when he comes to hunt. An increase in tourism, jobs for local people... Again, doesn't really sound like the white man is increasing poverty in fact quite the opposite wouldn't you agree?
