  • For my opinion you should use Thai airlines when you're in Bangkok lol

  • what ai do you have

  • @KLMmer747 It is homemade.

  • Hi Ed, could you tell me what are specs of your PC?

  • @camachoaviles Win-XP 32bit, FS9.1, Coolermaster Cosmos S ATX, 2 x Zalman 120MM fans , Kingwin Modular 800W, Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 CPU overclocked to 4.0 Ghz per core, 2 x Corsair 2GB PC8500 DDR2, 1000GB HD, IGb Nvidia GTX 285 (186.18 drivers plus NHancer), Creative Labs X-Fi Xtreme Audio 7.1 Sound Card, Viewsonic VP2130b 21.3" LCD

  • Ed, sorry to keep asking questions! What do you use for your replacement ground textures? And how come you can't release your panels? Surely if you refrence the pic's,guages etc used you can release it. Regards

  • Hi Ed, where do you plan your routes from (what website/program)? I use euroutepro but am looking for a better one! Also how do you get atc to send you on sids/stars? I know you use ade but how? Please help! Many Thanks

  • Nice video, could yopu also make a vid. from british airways flight BA8110 AMS-LGW??? that would be awesome

  • and do you have textures for fuel car or cleaning car like textures for food car?

  • @ArtSpotter I only painted the catering truck ....... mail sent.

  • @edetroit okay, thanks! How did you open that texture files? Photoshop doesn't open their files :( I want to repaint my fuel truck and cleaning car, but I don't know how do it :(

  • @ArtSpotter I use image tool (come with FS9) to open the AES texture files.... convert them to 32bit targa (tga) files. Then Photoshop will open the tga file ... edit it and then use image tool to covert the file back to the bmp format.

  • @edetroit okay, thank you very much. dude! :)

  • and can you give me your textures for airfood-car AES "Истлайн"?)) 7:09

  • @ArtSpotter Yes I can. Where shall I send it?

  • @edetroit artspotter@yandex.ru thank you!))

  • Do you used audies from avsim.su Domodedovo-radar? by artspotter?

  • @ArtSpotter Yes I did thankyou. I will add your name to the credits.

  • @edetroit ok, thx!

  • you greased that landing!!!!! love it

  • Best edetroit,

Which program do you use in FS2004 to create splashing water on the runway.

Thank you again for your beautifull movies where you have much eye for detail.

I hope to enjoy it for a very long time.

    Kind Regards,

    fsfan73

  • Again a wonderfull movie with a good eye for details.

    Thank you,

    Vincent

  • great vid as always :) what addon do you use for the PFD and ND?

  • @fspilot357 Home made.

  • @edetroit good video mate how did you get the aes for gatwick reply

  • Ed, again you outdo yourself. It's as if we were right there on the flight deck with you.

  • Nice to see the 742 again, Ed...noticed the tank-to-engine config toward the end of the flight. Fuel management is one of the most interesting parts of the timeless RFP panel, which I should really reinstall one of these days.

  • what`s about the engine sounds?

Where did you get them, do you have may the filesname

  • @AVIATIONSOUNDEXPERT This question has been answered already.

  • Hi

can you show us in the next 747-200 Video the left rear and right rear (engineer panel ) view?

Is the engineer panel selectible on the right rear view?

Can you make a Saudia Cargo flight?

May be bruxelles to JFK or to Jeddah?

Why don`t you use other GPWS voice for the altitude callouts? There are old style voices availible on Avsim.

Can you please answer me, especially about the rear views?

    Thank you

  • @AVIATIONSOUNDEXPERT I have my cockpit configured how I like it. Rear left is a wing view. Rear right is the part of the engineers panel I will be watching the most...that is the fuel panel.

  • Great as always, Ed! Where can I get the spray effect on the runway?

  • Amazing as always.

  • Really great flying! I really enjoyed the video! How did you get the water spray on the runway at takeoff?

  • I truly enjoy watching these clips Ed!

  • I love the sounds pack you're using!! Is it freeware or payware and where do you get them from? Thanks in advance for your response! I look forward to and always love your videos! :)

  • @tchapman1977 I am using the freeware L1011 soundpack from the Historic Jetliners Group (HJG)

  • @Razor1896 It is a weird 2D. lol

  • Wow dude awesome video!

  • When you fly long flights like this one, do you speed up the flight? I mean do you go to 2X, 4X, 8X?

  • @jsnnav17 The most I ever speed up a flight is 4X ...otherwise you lose AI.

  • @edetroit soo bassicly your risking everyones life playing black ops O.o What if a plane crashes right through you?!?!

  • @Aviationlover98 I was just joking. I like to watch the whole flight looking out for AI traffic and nice cloud formations.

  • Amazing video !

  • Where can I download that spray?? :)

  • what do you do at cruising altitude because the only thing that hampers me is the long hours of waiting to land...

  • @Ben123planes Black Ops lol

  • Your videos aer still the best, your panels too.

How did you get the spray effect during take off?

  • @MartinBroich An XML gauge that triggers the smoke effect when three events happen. 1 it is raining or snowing.... 2. the N1 is above a certain level and 3. The aircraft is below a certain height above the ground.

  • does transaero still have 747-200?

  • @thenprogroup Yes, they still have 4 742!

  • Great video dude. I like the sound :)

  • Nice video sir.... looks like real :)

  • i don't know how to load real weather with activesky.................

  • @wisnu1231 Go into the options and click on 'Online Updates' its the one in the very top left :)

  • @wisnu1231 Download the real weather via activesky and then save it. You have to fly with real weather.

  • Another great flight Ed! How do you get FS ATC to let you fly the SID/STAR's?

  • @knotts06 Well first you need to make sure FS ATC knows about the SID/STARs (that is that they are in the FS database...... I wrote the new approach code for the STAR I used. In fact I write new approaches all the time now FS9 is so old). Once it is in the data base include it in your FS flightplan.....then when FS ATC says expect vectors to runway such and such....you say no thanks I would like an ILS approach via the correct transition.

  • @edetroit Is there like a website with a tutorial of how to write them? or are they pretty simple to write?

  • @lixbeyond Tricky one. I would check the FSDeveloper forums (check the airport design section). ADE is the best way to write complete STARS. One can cheat a little if one just wants the transitions for FS ATC. (basically just write the FAF and the correct altitude for it)

  • @edetroit Ok thank you very much :)

  • @lixbeyond I know it sounds tricky but persevere....you will transform your sim experience and give your FS9 eternal life!

  • @edetroit Great, thanks for the instructions Ed.

  • where can we get the watter effect on the runway when taking off? by the way great video as always.

  • @dva511 Erm.... I am not sure. I made this effect myself.

  • Comment removed

  • @Avest1991 hey hey, he is a british man

  • there is no AES in my VTBS, i only have the 2.01 version, wich verson do you have?

  • @wisnu1231 There is a payware version at Simmarket.

  • @edetroit is it ARMI project?and wich version of AES do you have?

  • @wisnu1231 Yes it is ARMI project 2010. I always have the latest version of AES.
