@herlildyke: It is the SAME brand. Just a different time in the life of everyone's favorite (former) "dumb babies". As we fans of the brand know, there was a reason WHY Rugrats WAS the embodiment of Nickelodeon in 1990's and why, as a result, All Grow'd Up was the HIGHEST-RANKED episode ever! Over-exposing Spongebob and the growing TeenNick fad--that basically has taken OVER the entire company--basically ended what was left of the once-great brand, as did Klasky & Csupo divorcing.

Division between the institution & the business is why NO Disney ride will EVER be based on the "tween" products & yet those very same "tween" offerings DOMINATE TV screens. The same is said for Nick now that the Nicktoons are reduced to 4 sub par-to-poor shows, the infamous SNICK orange couch was auctioned off, Nick Studios in Orlando closed down, & TeenNick shows DOMINATE the networks--even Nicktoons suffers from it--even though Nick HAS a TeenNick channel as part of its expanded package!

"Tween" shows DOMINATING the 6-11 demographic, "reality TV" DOMINATING prime time, & "adult programming"--ex: Family Guy, [adult swim], SNL, et al--trying to cater to older audiences (NOT every adult LIKES the brain-dead, black-and-blue "humor" that comes from shows that tell society that it is STILL okay to openly mock people for how they live their lives [gender, religion, orientation, tastes in entertainment, etc.]) would be the ONLY choices now (The Hub excepting, thankfully), which is sad.
