Just so the turbine experts know, we had a leak on the compressor to combustor coupler, and the engine refused to accelerate, so we had a bunch of start attempts until the hose blew clear off. That's what the Tuba buzz sound was. The flames come from the acceleration bypass valve opening to try and get the engine over the start speed. We saw the hose blow after reviewing the video footage.
