I like the mentioning of islamic financial laws. They are pretty proof against gambling and speculation, ith a minimum of regelations. . And, other than the Financial Transaction Tax, it can be agreed upon on an individual scale and easily enforced on national scale, without the whole world having to agree on it in the UN first.
