She hooked the landing on the double axel and a little on the triple salchow. And the triples we see today are missing. But what a wonderful spinner! And she skated -really skated- with all of her heart and soul. Truly a thrilling skater.

I'm a figure skater and I just can't imagine doing my program on roller skates.

I guess it's easier to learn to roller skate than to ice skate, but a lot harder to master roller skating than ice skating. Am I wrong? The roller skates look so heavy. I wonder why there isn't Olympic roller skating.

roller skates aren't so heavy! it's a wonderful sport! you should try it :P

@preddyno -- Oh I do love to roller skate. But I've not ever tried to do what this girl does. Just seems roller skates look heavier than ice skates. I don't ice skate, so I don't know!
