i wish i had the chance to go on the parachute ride....And this , in 2008..PSHH this wasnt when knotts was good.Knotts was good in like 2002.Only a few years after it was baught by cedar Fair.Knotts berry farm was like....RAPED by Cedar fair.
I miss the Racers so bad. Me and my friend would go there every year and have a blast riding the rides over and over and over. I loved the atmosphere and character. It might not have had the really big coasters but it just had that something special. After Big Foot Rapids things just went downhill. It is an ok amusement park, but not really a theme park anymore.
The ride at the end I remember it so well it had a handle in the middle that you would use to control it to turn upside down...it was kinda scary because I would hear cracking noises while turning it upside down
I don't remember that ride at the end, and I certainly went my fair share in the 80's. In any case, I wouldn't have gone on that then, or now. Miss the Soap Box Racers though!

@shanehuish Yeah, I just checked out a bunch of ride videos and the Wikipedia page for Knott's Berry and it seems like it is just totally boring rides now. Glad I went when I was a kid, before they went the way of suck.
