ronnie looked amazing those years' -after 1999(his best) he became to heavy holding more mass than anyone else in the buisness, but also holding fat precentages at most shows and his belly was terrible, in my opinion he and dorian preaty much destroyed bodybuilding(not theire fault, though)

In my opinion, sometimes when bodybuilders try to flex very hard the muscles dont show as much as they do when they are just completely relaxed and non flexed..specially arnold and his pecs and arms ( not flexing) Flexing makes it look not as impressing to be honest...guess thats just me tho.

I would still take that Ronnie over Phil heath simply because Ronnie has the width and an extra 20ILbs of muscle although 2010 & 2011 Phil Heath looked out of this world and for me Kai Greene is the only other bodybuilder at present who can seriously challenge him!
