Nice video but I don't think that was the tornado. That was straight line winds, also when the wind pass between the buildings it accelerates making it stronger. There's a video from queens and u can tell it was a week tornado hit. Thanks for posting the video since brklyn is my second home and I try to keep up with what happen there.

@Jastitizer Ok, never mind. as of 10:22 PM on Sep. 17, the NWS confirmed 2 tornados and a microburst in New York: an EF0, EF1, and the microburst having winds as stron as an EF3. Wow... is all I can say.
