To say that world created itself would go against science as we know it. The first law of thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed. The Laws of Physics says matter cannot be created or destroyed. So without an omnipotent God they are stuck arguing against the facts (in the end facts remain and theories will fade)

Says everything is wearing out (carbon turns to nitrogen)( Potassium to argon) its going down on the scale the exact opposite of evolution. Then life has to come from non-life impossible watch the video disproving evolution in 82 seconds, then animals have to evolve but there is never any new information (not duplicated but new) no new info no new variation.

I believe in Aliens, but I don't believe I can summon them. They are just other intelligent species from different places other than our planet.

The universe is unimaginably big. It is foolish to assume there are nothing out there, but it is also foolish to go too far on alien conspiracy theories.

Carlin does it again, this is what I've been trying to say for years.It is far more credible to believe in the existance of ET's visiting earth in vehicles that operate using advanced technology(unkown to us) to circumvent or directly tap the physical laws of the universe for the purpose of visiting other worlds, rather than an all powerfull,all knowing, omnipitent "God"who's favorite game conveniently just happens to be, hide and go seek. One problem here is that George is making a bit of an argument from authority. One of the reasons military pilots need to be mentally stable is because they have a mentally challenging job. Which then is more probable? They broke down mentally from the stress of their work, or they saw what they actually think they saw? I'll let you decide for yourself. Otherwise, I agree with his main point that aliens seem more probable than Jesus.

@0Thadius0 I think you are on to something there! Yeah, aliens can't be controlled, so that takes out a component that seems to be very, very important to religious believers: prayer. I think most rational people, even those who believe in UFO's, would find no reason to pray to the aliens to fix their problems or that the aliens would have any incentive to fix their problems...well, except maybe for the raelians, and maybe if you thought the aliens where telepathic.
