  • why so much talking on these demos. just kick or dial through the patches

  • So can you layer effects or do you have to do one by one?

  • The Boss VE-20 is much better and probably cheaper and you do not need the aid of guitar or keyboards, just you voice.

  • wohw....nice

  • very unnatural sounding at 1:53 -1:57...not really in a good way, imo.

  • does this thing have a harmonizer? so it sounds like 5 people singing with you?

  • @panayiotis210 Hiya, No, there's no harmoniser in the Create XT. It may be the delay you're hearing :).

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • Awesome product theTC-Helicon VoiceTone Create XT. Even turns my amateur ugly voice into something others say is nice and awesome. Not to pull you away from this site feel free to check what the VoiceTone Create XT does for me: Just type Jeff Clough in the search field to pull me up. TC-Helicon VoiceTone Create XT

  • shit i want one!

  • Hi there, can you use two devices at the same? I'm thinking of getting Create XT and Double and what would you recommend for a metal band vocalist (black/death metal)?

  • Hey, whats the difference between TC-Helicon VoiceTone and voice live 2?

  • Hi! i wanna buy a create xt but i'm wondering about one thing... if you don't have a guitar plugged in how does the hardtune work? do you have to set the key yourself... in that case does it have like 9 minor scales så you can sing blues and jazz with an hardtune on?

  • Comment removed

  • why would you ever want to sound like that?

  • does this device can imitate kanye west and t-pain voice sounds effect... because i am a vocalist in an rnb pop band ...all new artist now uses voice effects including rapper artist and i really need a device that can help me achieve this voice effects... id like to use it in live performance...

  • @ramirkhan Hiya, Yes, the VoiceTone Create XT does contain the hardtune effect along with several effects for distortion and modulation which would probably also be important to you in your situation. Hope this helps!

    Best wishes,

    Joey

  • nvm

  • whats that song called at 1:30

  • @austinferree12 Dave Edmunds - I Hear You Knocking

  • Wow, he's pretty good! Made the performance even better with the Create XT.

    Really awesome stuff!

  • great tone in that guitar ,anyone know what kind of guitar he plays ?

  • I get a lot of feedback noise when I turn on FX.

what can i do to reduce the noise? thanks.!

  • @2012alfonso Hiya, Absolutely you can as all the effects are studio quality. You will however need an audio interface to connect it to your DAW.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • i have a question, can i use this to record a song in the studio?

  • how do you get the hardtune on the create xt?

  • @funkiliserd Hiya, A great place to start would be to browse the factory styles list (within the complete manual downloadable for free via the TC-Helicon website), and choose one which features the hard-tune effect. From there you can use the tweaking options to your liking.

  • Hi, im just realy starting up a group, we are looking to do alot of black eyed peas songs and are looking for that kind of autotune effect, the same as will.i.am uses, could you tell me witch one would be best for this its just the realy autotuned effect im after :) also as wer starting out we have nothing, what are we looking at buying to work with this ? basicly could you tell me the best whole set up for just the vocals for a live performance of i gotta felling, get back to me man :) thanks:)

  • @133Afroman Hiya, You might want to check out the VoiceTone Synth or even the VoiceTone Single C1 if you're specifically after the hard-tune effect. Of course you'll find the hard-tune effect in other products we make too, but that's the best place to start as far as that effect goes.

    Hope that helps!

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • You sound kinda like Kevin Griffin of BTE covering John Mayer lol

  • sweet

  • Hi there, I only want the compressor effect, maybe the pitch correction(I'm not sure about the result), some good reverbs and phantom power. Which one of tc helicons products is best for me? Can I use voicetone create and voicetone correct together? If I use those two how the cable connections and the phantom power should be set. Thank you

  • @traboucos Hiya, Absolutely - those two products would pair nicely together for what you've explained you're after. The Correct XT also features the new anti-feedback feature too which is super useful for live situations. You might also consider checking out the new VoiceTone Singles range as another choice.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-helicon

  • @traboucos You'd always put the VoiceTone Correct XT first in the chain (or the C1) - If you use a condenser mic, you simply need to make sure phantom power is set to "on" on the products.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • @traboucos Have a look at the TC-Helicon Harmony G XT. I own this one. It is a wonderful vocal harmonizer and effects pedal (reverb, comp, echo, eq, pitch corr). It also allows you to sweeten the sound of your guitar with these effects. Very simple to use, but the results always leave my audiences "wowed" and wanting more. It also has phantom power.

  • Aside from all of the effects, do the built in things like eq and pitch correction and all those things work together basically like a soft auto-tuner for your voice?

  • @TheMiraclePoop Hiya, Yes, the "adaptive engineer" tone features (compression/eq/de-essing) work as a constantly adapting front end for your voice making sure you have the best front end sound possible at all times. Whilst the VoiceTone Create XT does have the "hard-tune" cranked pitch correction as an effect - it doesn't have the subtle pitch correction. You could always pair the Create up with a Correct XT or even one of the new C1 Singles.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • @tchelicon

How does the Correct XT or the C1 single fair on their own as good pitch corrections for vocals and such? Or is it best to pair one of them up with a Create XT?

  • Nice pedal. But John Mayer??...ewwww. :/

  • I used for a while a VoiceLive 2 - it's great!

But, if I don't need a harmony, a pitch correction, changing compression and eq settings or vocal synth - create xt is all that I need to good sound ?? :D

Question one - live singing with own presets and many big buttons on Voicelive2 is quite easy, even if i want to often change my voice effects. How harder will it be with create xt?

Can I make my fully own presets?

  • @piotr3q Hiya, You can certainly go for the Create XT for what you're after. It's much less editable than the VoiceLive 2 - but there's definitely enough room to be creative.

You can make your own presets with the Create XT and stepping through them is quite easy.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • @tchelicon thanks!

I sam today, on your website new products, like new voicetone parts effects, and new mic :) I think that your new products can be great ;)

  • Hi,

Wondering how good or versatile (for lack of a better word) the Doubleing feature is in this peadal? Does it compare half way descent to the VTdouble pedal?

    thanks!

  • @JamesCecilia Hiya, The DOubling feature on the VOiceTone Create XT is not as comprehensive as the VoiceTone Double as this is a specific doubling unit. However, there are more than enough doubling options for most circumstances on the Create XT.

Check out the manuals online at TC-Helicon's website for a complete overview of the capabilities of each product.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • I've purchased and been trying to learn about this product as much as possible so I can get the most out of it. If I wanted to use the hardtune...softer, is there a way I can do that? As in, is there a way I could change the retune speed, or tweak it so that it correct, but more natural sounding?

  • @CaramelCarmelaCO Hiya Caramel, The hardtune effect in nature is meant to sound obvious and, it's never going to sound natural. If you were after subtle pitch correction, it might be worth considering the VoiceTone Correct as this is one of its primary function. Also, it makes a great combination with Create XT.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • Does this create good live autotune effects?

  • @Username442255 It sure does :).

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • Does this thing do harmonies too?B'cus I think that's what I needed most.

  • @theoneofakwilla Hiya, The VoiceTone Create XT is effects only. If you're after harmonies, you may like to check out the VoiceLive 2, VoiceLive Touch, VoiceTone Harmony-G XT or even the Harmony M. It may be worth trying out some of the different options at your local dealer. Hope that helps!

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • does this unit have the auto pitch correction ?

  • @TheStripcell Hiya, no I'm afraid it doesn't.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC-Helicon

  • you talked a lot laa

  • so cool!! i want it!

  • I should have bought this instead of the older version coz there's a lot of new features and very good for live performances. Anyhow, I'm also enjoying my Voicetone create...
