the inmates already watched this video. . 14 prisoners performed on the noon time show here in the philippines 10 minutes lately now. they are amazing. every inmate have a right to change their lives and correct their mistakes.

If "they" is the government of the Philippines, then I'd suggest that they really do care about the inmates, as they got swell new shirts and pants, and even matching tennies.
