This is one of my top 2 violin encore pieces. Not very virtuosic but a deep song in its own way. Don't any of you 1,000 people who have viewed this thing have anything to say in deference or opposition of it? Unbelievable! This certainly provokes some fuckin emotion from me!  Guess I must be entirely too sensitive huh? F-ing bastards!!

@lanarv Well, it's as you can see. You are the 1st to reply to my comment on what is one of my very favorite violin short pieces since I first commented 3 months ago. I feel strongly that this piece should receive more attention than a lot of the trash that proliferates the airwaves of the radio. Unfortunately, and as a compliment to you, very few take the time to explore classical music anymore and the world is the poorer for it. My apologies for expressing those frustrations in that way.

A bit of a different rendition than what I have normally heard. It has a lot to say in spite of its comparative brevity to contemporary versions.
