@hackeboy try using ph strips to monitor your ph levels, and then drinking green drinks made to help balance your ph, usually made of spirolina, hemp, i must do this as I am very acidic naturally cancer can not grow in nuetral ph mine is always acidc so I drink everyday and in a week my energy better n I feel great!

@FREENANDAY The charcoal water/shower filters do not remove fluoride. Unfortunately I dont think there is a shower filter that removes fluoride you would need to have a reverse osmosis type set up for your entire house fitted at the mains.
Alkaline water is the ultimate!!!! google it, you can find stores that have the filter machine and sell it as well, i get a gallon jug filled twice a week...

It really depends on the individual, environment, age, gender, race etc when it comes to ones health in regards to consumption.. some ppl may need more of this, or more of that etc.. believe it or not the human body can withstand large amounts of toxins and poisons now a days as many people have genetically evolved over time to withstand alot of these chemicals, and grown immune to their environments.. it is important to eat healthy, obviously, just know your options, moderation is key*

I don't believe this is all true to having you tooth fillings removed. I've seen angles and dimensions without my fillings being removed. Ultimately, it's based on your belief and what time line your on. You create your own reality. Your GodSelf brings to you what you need to work on. @xxeu4riaxx you most likely did shrooms or LSD, right? possibly high amounts of marijuana and alcohol? whatever the case is, i too had a seizure off of shrooms (and few other seizures afterwards when smoking pot) for about a week. i don't know about you, but for me, the problems went away after a week or two. abstain from psychedelics if you are having seizures.
also, epilepsy is real but i doubt you have it for long term. as for the meds, was never prescribed any and i'm fine now.
@cyberwaffles just remember psychedelics can lower your seizure threshold. i've heard stories where people had their driver's license revoked due to seizures/epilepsy. i have a friend, as a matter of fact, who has had multiple seizures due to taking pills with his MAOIs. point i'm trying to make is that it's usually not permanent; just a drug induced state that will eventually wear off. doctors are going to be quick to diagnose and medicate you.

i just found that bone char is another option for removing fluoride from water.. not ideal as it is basically aged bones.. from animals.. the other option being activated alumina which can translate to aluminium fluoride.. so neither is great.. i am in process of communicating with a person who is focussed in filter design to see what else can be done.. perhaps a 2 stage filter, one to remove the translated aluminium fluoride will work

I had a white composite - silicate filling.. less durable than metal but if you are not eating sugar it wont be a problem.. anything non metallic is not toxic to the pineal gland.. just be aware you need to go to a proper holistic dentist who will remove the mercury properly.. ventilation, masks and dental dam is a must..

I use a Berkey water filter with the fluoride filter attachments. I have to confess that I'm not sure what process it uses but I believe that the harmful effects of fluoride are dependent on the chemical form. For instance, cyanide is a component of vitamin B12, which is good for you, but obviously other forms of cyanide can kill you. There are plenty of bathroom chloride filters that screw onto the shower nozzle. I'm not aware of any bathroom fluoride filters.
i have yet to find any way to filter fluoride from tap water effectively...

i just found that bone char is another option for removing fluoride from water.. not ideal as it is basically aged bones.. from animals.. the other option being activated alumina which can translate to aluminium fluoride.. so neither is great.. i am in process of communicating with a person who is focussed in filter design to see what else can be done.. perhaps a 2 stage filter, one to remove the translated aluminium fluoride will work

Pens2 Lips.. Protein is in nuts, seeds and vegetables in adequate quantities.. Fish is not required,, If you must eat fish eat middle sized fish (bass, herring, snapper) . Big fish (eg tuna) store dioxins and mercury, and shrimps/prawns are toxic too..

I had a white composite - silicate filling.. less durable than metal but if you are not eating sugar it wont be a problem.. anything non metallic is not toxic to the pineal gland.. just be aware you need to go to a proper holistic dentist who will remove the mercury properly.. ventilation, masks and dental dam is a must..

oddly enough - that rings true - I have had two ionic foot detoxes & am removing metals & toxins via sweat glands in the feet -2000 on each foot. In addition after two sessions in a one week period, I have lost a tooth - it was a "metal pin" attached to a tooth that I have had for years, along with my mercury fillings (one left I think) . With the foundation of the tooth gone, within a couple of days I noticed it was loose and voila,pulled it out. amazing what the body will eliminate when dealing at the cellular level. Great to know its pineal gland related and to know another piece of the puzzle. Thanks for that piece of information it was a reminder to me that the metal pin was there. Very awesome video, it corresponds with everything I have studied on the topic of the pineal gland. It is very interesting that in general for me, in the last 4 months, I have been on a transformational journey in almost all ways. I use a Berkey water filter with the fluoride filter attachments. I have to confess that I'm not sure what process it uses but I believe that the harmful effects of fluoride are dependent on the chemical form. For instance, cyanide is a component of vitamin B12, which is good for you, but obviously other forms of cyanide can kill you. There are plenty of bathroom chloride filters that screw onto the shower nozzle. I'm not aware of any bathroom fluoride filters.

i have yet to find any way to filter fluoride from tap water effectively...
i found one filter using alumina beads, however, this translates to aluminium fluoride, so not much use. RO filters and distillation works for drinking water, but not for bathroom.. any suggestions? thanx

Be certain to prep your body with chlorella first and to boost your immune system with apple cider vinegar before getting the fillings out because the filling shavings can escape into the body during removal. Also find a dentist who is aware of and compassionate to the dangers of mercury to sensitives, especially. Try to find a dentist who is highly sensitive and empathic so they are extra careful during filling removal. Then, take Burdock regularly to detox.
