@TrollSlayer2001 Sounds generic. Hearing "8-bit" makes me think most people only mean "NES chiptune" and almost never think of GB, GBC, CM64, Atari 2600, SMS, Game Gear nor any other console. But I recently noticed that people are now using the instruments of specific 8-bit and 16-bit games to convert other kinds of music into. FCEngine's channel has some good examples.
Hrm. This works well enough, but now I'm curious as to how an orchestrally arranged version would sound...
I picture the percussion being done by hammers on metal tubes to mix the sense of robotic construction with music boxes for the toy feelings, and fiddles because... they're violins.
