Yeah, I see what you're saying, but it's a leaf that's actually in the foreground instead of the background. I made sure to check the rest of the video to see how much the wind was a factor, and it seems there's quite a breeze. The leaf is blowing in the wind and it's the play of light and shadow that is making that "ball".
You're just seeing faces out of nothing, the ball is a shadow on the bottom side of a leaf, and the red flashes are from the compression of the video. Of course I would say that, though, because I'm a CIA spook and I'm covering up the horrible fairy truth. Nothing to see here, move along.
Sorry sperical, I didn't realize you were asking so many questions. I don't see a miniature Casper the friendly ghost. Do you see the ball move? That is the key really as it appears to be a solid 3D object to me. The other stuff appears to be a projection, hologram or I have also called it interdimensional. I think the raccoon face you see is next to the face I see. The thing is the scene morphs so it is difficult to focus on one thing.
What is the thing that pops up and down and 1:22 with the blinking light?

I saw the little creature. In the lower left hand corner. It kind of crouched as the camera came closer.
