  • Edda, according to Chris, loves it up the ass!

  • Amanda Knox is guilty; there's a ton of evidence, including her footprints in the victim's blood.

Her family is horrible as well.

  • I didn't know this but apparently smoking cannabis "skunk" on a daily basis can lead to violent behavior as this mother talked about in her book "Lost Child: A Mother's Story" by Julie Myerson. "Inexplicably their oldest son, who is never named, begins to smoke skunk, a particularly strong and damaging type of marijuana. He begins skipping school, going out until all hours, and becomes verbally and physically abusive to his parents and siblings."

  • edda spits, she doesn't swallow, according to her hubby, chris.

  • she is guilty and will stay in prison

  • Please Let this be a lesson to you Mrs Mellas. If you bring your daughter up with loose morals, no discipline, and with no respect for other people - then this is the final fruit of your actions!

  • What a load of nonsense if she did it she deserves to be executed , end of.

  • you would have to be an american to think she is not guilty.

  • What they did to that bright beautiful young girl was very cruel, unforgivable.

I hope the jury won't reduce their sentences on appeal. The evidence against the three accomplices is beyond any reasonable doubt!

It must be very difficult for these parents to accept their child's guilt. Their pain must be enormous, but greater still must be the grief of those who are mourning: Meredith's family.

  • @2bornot2b1984

You must be extremely naive to believe that anyone would link Amanda Knox's guilt with the simple cruelty of the act.

Amanda's lack of sympathy, empathy, morals is a fact but it has nothing to do with the evidence presented which was very convincing of her guilt.

The transcripts of Guede's trial were already released and were enough to convince me and Judge Micheli of their guilt.

The jury also agreed unanimously with that and gave her a sentence of 26 years.

  • @2bornot2b1984

All statements?10,000 pages of evidence, court orders and judge Michele's 106-page report all in 1(one) youtube board! Not much to ask... lol

There is a court order by judge Matteini authorizing the detention of Knox and Sollecito and pointing at nconsistencies and lies: they did not call the police, they were not at the apartment, they changed their versions of the story several times, their cell phones were turned off at 9pm. Amanda didn't call Meredith repeatedly, as stated.

  • @2bornot2b1984

sollecito's version is found in several official documents (including Matteini's detention order): he was not together with Amanda. She left his apartment at 9pm to go to Le Chic and returned late at 1am. He stayed home working on his computer and spoke to his father ar 11pm.

Internet records show there was no computer activity between 9pm and 5:35am. Cell phone records show they turned off phone at 8:45pm and turned them on at 6am (even though they said they slept until 10am).

  • There was no record of any call between Sollecito and his dad. His dad called him on the fix phone around 8:35pm.

Amanda did not call Meredith repeatedly. She called Meredith's UK phone for 4 sec and her Italian phone for 3 sec (below the minimum necessary for the answering service be activated) .

Raffaele only called 112 at 12:50, after the police had arrived at the house at 12:35.

Bleached was used as shown by the luminol reaction.

  • The shop owner saw Amanda that morning around 7:45 in his store (he remembers because he found her "cute"). I believe it would be very stupid of them to keep the receipts.

Amanda also wrote a letter to the police saying that she doesn't remember what happened that night because she was drugged. But she remembered vaguely that Sollecito had blood in his hand and washed the dishes, but the pipes broke and there ws no mop. So she went home to fetch a mop the following morning...

  • Guede's versions are simply ridiculous! They are quoted on the Micheli's report.

He said he was invited to the house by Meredith and they had consensual sex. The physical evidence and bruises (described in the autopsy) show there was a sexual assault and attempted rape.

He says he went to the toilet and was listening to his ipod when he heard a piercing scream and ran back to Meredith's bedroom, saw him stabbing her, fought with him but he managed to flee. He tried to help Meredith...

  • He saw Amanda Knox fleeing the house too. But he noticed Meredith had lost too much blood, got scared and ran away too.

NOW,the physical evidence (as reported by judge Micheli)

A window was broken from the inside to stage a robbery. There was no sign of Guede in the room and thereis a footprint of Knox tainted with Meredith's blood, proof that the window was broken after Meredith had been stabbed.

Meredith's body was moved from the original position to point at sexual assault.

  • The proof: marks on the pool of dry blood. Meredith was wearing her bra when she died and the bra was removed later to point at sexual assault. The persons who made this changes knew Guede had assaulted Meredith and wanted to incriminate him alone (and cover-up for themselves).

A clean-up was proven by blood diluted with water and bleached printsrevealed by luminol.

Only one person had access to the house and could be found there without raising suspicions: Amanda Knox

  • Only one person knew Meredith was alone in the house, only one person could have any interest in pointing at a burglary: Amanda Knox

Guede and Amanda were acquainted because Guede sold drugs and had met her at the apartment below.

Guede, Knox and Sollecito were seen together that evening at the house entrance by Kokomani.

Curatolo saw knoxand Sollecito in Piazza Grimana looking in the direction of Meredith's house (after the scream was heard), watching if anyone had called the police.

  • Nara Cappazzali heard Meredith's scream and footsteps running in different directions.

Ms Formica's boyfriend met Guede running up the stone stairs (from the parking lot).

Ms Formica heard footsteps climbing the iron stairs leading to Piazza Grimana.

Plenty of evidence , witnesses, CCTV footage, internet, computer, cellphone records contradicting all statements made by Knox and Sollecito and pointing at a clearly clumpsy attempt to cover-up the crime and incrimiate only one offender.

  • Oh, they're so guilty. CBS sucks.

  • It is a tragedy for all involved. Barbie Nadeau said it concisely in Newsweek: "The Knox trial is poison: nearly everyone it has touched so far has suffered irreparable psychological and financial harm."

  • I don't believe the verdict was a 'mistake'. But of course the mom has to support her daughter every way she can. Amanda today might not be someone who could do murder but I believe she had to be drunk and on drugs that night. Many college students do things that their parents don't know about so of course her mother can't believe that she did anything wrong.

  • Why does CBS always report so pro-innocence - given the evidence shown in court and her changing stories (as well as Raffaele's changing stories of what they did that night)? What about Raffele - why is no one talking about him suffering? The whole reporting is so one-sided. Read the website true justice for meredith kercher in detail and you will understand the evidence much better against the two of them.

  • Knox`s conviction is not a mistake.

Her blood was found with Merediths` in the bidet. Her defence was, it was an ear wound caused by a pierced earring...why would she hang her head over a bidet?

She lived in the apt yet there was only ONE fingerprint of hers found. Why?

Because they bleached it into oblivion. She was outside a shop waiting for it to open, to buy the bleach. Why was that knife in Sollecito`s apt? She accused her boss of the murder. If she wins her appeal I`ll be shocked.

  • No other DNA was found in the sink or in the bidet or on the box lid except Amanda's.

  • One Amanda's blood stain was found on the sink tap. Other two Meredith's blood traces, diluted with water and mixed with Amanda's DNA were found in the sink drainage and in the bidet drainage. One Meredith's blood stain mixed with Amanda's DNA was found on a box lid near the sink.

The investigator's hypothesis is that the murderer washed his/her hands and the result was a mixture of Meredith's blood and the murderer's DNA.

  • @Phillip370

i bet you watched ann coulter talk about all that

  • Maybe she will be acquitted in appeal. it will be difficult though. Although the DNA evidence (Meredith's blood was not mixed with anything else apart from Amanda's DNA in the bathroom -how di it go there?- the knife found in Sollecito's apt may be not beyond all doubts the weapon which killed Meredith etc.), there are still numerous acts and facts against the three which the defence attorneys did not manage to dismantle in many months...

  • Why are you treating her as the victim? She is a convicted murderer, end of story!
