Rotation remains the same but I did rotate the gear box and welded indentical brackets on the other side of the mower to mount the 3 point hitch to. The rear discharge of the mower does cause the rad of the tractor to build up with grass clippings but I only have to clean it a couple of times a season. The 3 point hitch system mounts where the loader mounts, not where the bucket mounts.

I mount a 7' mower on this attachment as well. Works great. Changing from my front end loader to this unit takes about 10 minutes max. Very Easy.
