In my state you don't have to have a "plumbing license" to be a plumber. It is also possible to represent yourself in court, meaning you are your own lawyer, even if you haven't gone to law school. Granted you'll probably get trounced, but still, the point is you don't have to have a plumbing license to be a plumber, atleast in some states.

In other words, the government stepping into private businesses and telling them what their benefits policy must be (government control). Obama dodged the question by telling him what he will try to do instead of taking over McDonalds, and even then he didn't give a clear answer as to how he will do any of what he said.

That's BS. He initially made headlines for asking Obama a question that exposed Obama as a socialist. The media went into full damage control to protect their savior and attacked Joe to change the subject. Then McCain "Trotted him out". And Like I said before. Who cares if he had a license or not? actually not, all you'd have to do is find the original video from the AP. i did. sam wurzelbacher got investigated & proven to be a fraud. you can call obama whatever names you like. but it takes some real intellectual fortitude to look at the infamous "joe the plumber video" & hear mr wurzelbacher in his own words. you can't rewrite history mate. also, the STATE OF OHIO CARES if he has a license. i don't make blanket defenses based on party lines. i defend integrity. now what?
