hi just a question. i've been doing taekwondo for more than 17 years now. since i was like 5 years old. after i got to high school i stopped training now im 23years old and back to training i mainlu now help my brother in teaching taekondow. but i wont to get me fitness and flexibility back. after 5 years of not doing it its really hard. been having muscle tears in my leg from kicking. i do lots of stretching exercises but it aint helping much. is ther a good way to do parfect splits again?
@darkmanlive i guess i have the same problem though not having muscle tears nor cramps yet, but i advise us to start with the very basic stretching exercises, not overdo them, and little by little increase the level of difficulty.

@FBuilding then you don't need such stretches, because you already can hit anybody's head) If you overdo, your feet will fly over it every time)
