Well done mate. Me and the Wife run the Tafarn y Maes so are on the field from 9:30 to the end. We enjoy listening to you warming things up. Hope you enjoy the day as much as we do. Cheers Iant & Sue.
bit windy mate reminds me of a gig i did many moons ago out on deck of a cross channel ferry all my stuff blew over the side gels par cans the lot eeek gear over board call the coast guard ..
Thats actually a cool gig even though its free..Nice mic job at the beginning that kept it interesting.Maybe you could give some pointers on how to do some of that stuff like you did at the beginning? I've never done a gig like that before but never know when one might pop up.Car shows or other outdoor events here don't have to be chatting much with crowds but I would like to try to do that more.
sad pitiful sight of the General Lee Tribute car in the parade. I have my vids up of my Dukes of Hazzard General Lee replica and Knight Rider Kitt cars . Great Job J for turning a very windy day in a sucessful event. Looked more windy than last year.
Cool, I did a local carnival last month, except I was on the move, you see we have about 4-5 floats that go round the town. So I was up front in my old Army land rover with my pair of Martin H3Ts and 6KW generator on the roof with my amp on the back seat, my mixer and CD players in the passenger and me driving as well as DJing. It was prity damn hard changing a CD and driving through a crowd.
@audioh0lic MMM A BIG NO NO!!! A Was very windy so would fall off t pods!, and B, on the roof of a van moving from side to side with the wind.... don't think so.... j

seeing your van with the speakers there let a question of mine come up i had for really long:
is there an easy way to put speakers and a dj-setup onto a truck or car and drive around while playing music?
