Most of the talent that is on the team now is from the draft or were undrafted free agents. For some examples Tony Romo, Demarcus Ware, Jay Ratliff, Miles Austin, Jason Witten, Mike Jenkins, Marion Barber, Felix Jones, Tashard Choice. All those players I just mentioned either came from the draft or came from free agency. For postseason at least we got there unlike the shittyniners.
