Peter Hammill isn't half as unknown as some people think. VDGG may not have been a number one act in the UK but in Italy they really had a big following. Its even possible that if Stratton-smith had not formed Charisma to record VDGG that the world would not have had Genesis either.

I prefere VDGG than Genesis.. I'm italian and in the seventhies VDGG where very popular in Italy, it's true..

In Petere Hammill there is something unic!.. Somehow I like him more than Sptingsteen or Gabriel..
