I first saw the 50c and $1 together in 2005. Because the bank did not offer cents, the man was offered $1. He said no deal and still won $1.

Well this game was a struggle and the offer never reached $5000 in the entire game. Sometimes it just happens. First time I ever saw $50c and $1.
