Congrats whoever you are, looks like a major gaming companies owes you royalties (or at least, owes you your idea)... From the Portal 2 soundtrack: go check this one on youtube /watch?v=4ZAc1-3NTsU
As an example, Paganini developed complicated pieces to play on a single violin, that could otherwise be easily played by a quarted, and he also snapped some strings intentionally and continued to play with the remaining strings his complicated compositions. Yet about the imperfections that you feel sound terrible, I'd compare them to the rough strokes of a Van Gogh's painting. They seem ugly, yet pleasant, of course for people who like them. Johann
My Gosh that sounds terrible. Whats the point? So what if you can make a monophonic synth play Bach badly? What value is that to anyone? If you want to play polyphonic music, play it on a polyphonic instrument. Sounds terrible. Has no value to anyone. Proves nothing that we didn't already know before. Pointless! ;)
I am trying to show that you can play polyphonic music with a synthesizer that can only play a single note at a time by interleaving them. I used some of my favorite Bach pieces to show it, where it is clear you can hear the melodies as if they were simultaneous. Whether the effect is pleasant or not to this particular piece is not the main point here.
The fuck...?

Funny coincidence! It also surprises me that several people could find this video associating with the game...

Why do you have a picture of an Axxe on there if you didn't use it?

Yeah, sorry for that. That's one of the few pictures I have showing keyboards. So, everyone, I'm not using the ARP AXXE in this recording!
