  • i can do like 12 comandos :) and i recently started doing exercise

  • Russian Spetsnaz have to do 20 dead hangs with 23 lb weights attached to them to meet PAR

  • @see46 united states marine snipers have to do 20 as well but without the weights

  • @see46 You do know that Spetsnaz isn't a actual group, its a word that is used to summarizes all Russian Special Forces it's not one group.

  • My new goal for fitness exercises are to do 20 of those.

  • There's really no right or wrong way to do pull-ups, they are all exercise in different ways. My preference is slightly wider than shoulder width a pronated grip. I like doing them from a dead hang with my legs crossed and bent at the knees so I cant use them for momentum or kipping. I always do them with a dead-hang, but the pull up itself I do explosively rather than slow. Climbing a rope is another good way to work those muscles.
