This is going to come across as all pompous but ... the Rhianna part of the track is written by Carl Sturken and Evan Rogers. The reason why the members of New Order get a song-writing credit is due to the wholesale sampling of Blue Monday. It's all part of the licensing agreements. New Order didn't collaborate with Rhianna or get creative with her, her producers just nicked their song as a backing track because they were devoid of any original ideas of their own at the time :-)
