every slam ko ive seen is the result of the slammer having a shoulder or forehead on the chin or "button" of the slammee at the moment of impact... its that driving force to chin that ko's people, not force of the slam itself. That is why slam ko's are so rare. The bodies have to be aligned perfectly.
