Excellent performances by the lovely and talented Ms. Deacon and Mrs. Baldwin. Always awesome to see Mr. Smith, Erik and Jennifer. What great stuff...Acting was perfect, editing concise, photography great. I like this film.
One thing, though--lose that annoying drum track.
You´re gonna laugh...The drum track I was hearing was from the safar video you recently posted...I had it open in another window, in advertently. Didn´t mix well with the piano track on this vid, at all! Works fine in Zimbabwe, of course...
Yes, getbak is correct, this is the director's cut. I think all of our 48HFP films on this site are spiffed up versions of the originals, which often meant adding material we cut during the first draft. Maybe the more appropriate name is "Extended Cut"

Very good job of recreating the silent film. The only thing that was missing was the scratches and dirt on the film.

Still my fave! Love that janitor guy!

Ahhh! I love it. So nostalgic. We should start a film cult that only makes sepia movies and drinks red Kool-Aid.

I thought it was supposed to be between four to seven minutes?

I think this is what's referred to as the "director's cut" version.
