Nope the 1988 Walt Disney Classics logo was discontinued in 1991 because reprints of The Rescuers Down Under & Robin Hood used the 88 logo (albeit off-screen) off center
I mean: 1. green FBI screens 2. a "Coming Only to Theaters This 1992 Holiday Season" logo on a navy blue BG, with music and a fading sequence 3. "Aladdin" trailer (from my favorite film BATB) 4. "Coming to Home Video" logo 5. "Beauty and the Beast" trailer 6. cut-short 1986 WDHV logo with voiceover saying "And available now on video cassette..." 7. "The Great Mouse Detective" trailer 8. "101 Dalmatians" trailer 9. 1992 navy blue FP logo 10. same year clean WDC logo 11. 1966 BV logo
Um, this is not an early print, it's fake. But, it would be cool if this were real. Oh, one more thing, you forgot to change the movie in your description to the one you have in your title.
No! One like: 1. 1991 green FBI screens 2. a "Coming Only to Theaters This 1992 Holiday Season" logo on a navy blue BG 3. "Aladdin" trailer (from my favorite film BATB) 4. "Coming This Fall to Home Video" logo 5.
Change your title to "The Rescuers (1989 print)" because I think that's much better and your title of "Pinocchio (1989 print)" should be swaped to "The Fox and the Hound (1989 print)".
So, what? Some movies come out months after they premiere in theaters sometimes, not all the time, so that's why I think you should change your title from "The Fox and the Hound (1989 print) previews" to "The Rescuers (1989 print) previews" and your title from "Pinocchio (1989 print) previews" to "The Fox and the Hound (1989 print) previews".
Yes, but it was also a glitch copy while processing the 1991 VHS releases of "Dumbo", "The Sword in the Stone", and "Alice in Wonderland". They also made a glitch copy of that with "Robin Hood", too!

Fucking scratend! The Rescuers wasn't released on VHS until 1999, when the first batch was recalled because of titties in one part of the movie!

You know the white label would say Walt Disney Productions presents The Rescuers
livinlarge18 3 years ago
Yeah, it would.
systemoperator 3 years ago
Yeah but what would The Rescuers font look like ?
livinlarge18 3 years ago
Like the one on the 1989 re-issue poster.
systemoperator 3 years ago
Oh I see
livinlarge18 3 years ago
I believe they also should've had an alternate version of the 1992 VHS.

Sorry, systemoperator, The Rescuers was re-issued into theaters in 1989 and came out on video in 1992! That's why I deny The Rescuers 1989 print!

I think the 1988 WDC logo was discontinued in 1989.
videolover978 4 years ago
But, since this print is from 1989 and that logo was discounted 1989, it could've used it one last time.
systemoperator 4 years ago
No its on a Canadian copy of The Rescuers Down Under
livinlarge18 4 years ago
True, but they could've stuck to having the 1989 WDC logo on this fake same year print I made up of "The Rescuers".
systemoperator 4 years ago
Nope 1991 dummy paulsbuck's version of The Rescuers Down Under has that logo
livinlarge18 4 years ago
His copy was a glitch copy while processing the 1991 VHS releases of "Dumbo", "The Sword in the Stone", and "Alice in Wonderland".
