Impressive! I only weigh 160lbs at 5'10", so it's not that much of a challenge... Mind you, despite lifting a huge weight, you make it seem ridiculously easy.

I know you have been working out for years more than me but i know a guy who died because he ungripped his hand on the top and the bar slipt and killed him and it was only 180 when he was doing it.
dude your grip scared the hell out of me, not just suicide but the fingers on your left hand didnt even wrap around just pinched the bar looked like it was slipping out the whole time lol had to watch it twice cause the first time i just watched that hand and was waiting to see the bar fall on you lol.... great effert tho, way to man up after already doing a chest workout... BEAST.
@Shaun2382 Thanks Shaun!! That's the only way I can hold my hand on the bar due to the numerous surgeries on my elbow and shouders after my accident. I'm very lucky and blessed to still be able to train with the intensity as I do.
nice work jay! il lwork on getting the 225 easy one handed dead up soon...bar is broken which will make the lfit harder but i made a promise to you so ill load iit up this week or next :p
Awesome job. You do an awesome job of controlling the weights when you lift. Great form and great Job. We need no stinking spotter lol. Also I noticed the superman symbol on the wall. I am a huge superman fan as well.
