Novel is definitely not rough. Her crown had not been adjusted to her head yet. It has happened quite often to previous Miss Universes too and they were not too rough.
I think you have some problem with your pair of ears. How can she talked like a man? No people is perfect in this world. Although Novel's voice is a little bit deep, she is beautiful, elegant, and smart. Even Michell Reis and Anita Yuen, their voice is deep too. I think you are the most rough, most 'chou lou' and the most ugly among your friend.
