  • (o\_!_/o) Lol

  • Don't like the rims, my 1975 bug has smiths on, threaded on the inside and in viper green

  • That's a very rare pre 1968 model. It has the superbug type headlights and the tail lights are 1962-1967 classic old skool type. It also has the horn grills at front of car and the classic chrome bumpers. The decklid is definately 68-70 style. The best way to find out year of car is to check the chassis, body and engine numbers on a web site called The Samba.

  • best looking car ever

  • It's a 72 as it is L reg like mine has upright headlights and it is a 1200 a it has blade bumpers and the smaller rear lights. I have a 1300a which has these features but with a 1300 engine.

  • its definitely a 60-63 since it has a rag top and the last production year was 63. european bugs have larger tail lights. those resemble late 60's models in the usa through 68 until they switched to the "tombstone" tails in 69

  • What's not to love about Volkswagen Bugs?

  • the uk 1200's had the small rear lights and blade bumpers

  • oh ok so in 1972 they were selling these bugs

  • NICE!but isnt it a 1960's bug? the tail lights and bumpers dont really look like 1972.

  • do you know anything about bugs?

  • HELL YEH! i can identify the year by looking at the windshild!so what do you know about vw beetles. (o\_!_/o)

  • I like the rag top, is that an aftermarket Britax 35x35 model?

  • cool!

  • that does sound awesome on pulling away
