Fuck the Hill Of Tara, the new motorway is needed and is 1km away fro m the hill. People have died in traffic accidents cause of road congestion . The Irish people overwhemlingly support the development, and it's only idiot parasites who have objected and by doing so have cost the state tens of millions of euro and several people their lives from accidents that could have been avoided. Hippies take yer heads out of yer arses or else get fuck off .

@mister18cm Maybe if ye where a bit taller ye would see over the steering wheel better, and cause less accidents. The English did quite a good job at preserving stone henge, and i reckon it was built by the Irish! Why not put the road else where? Or drive more slowly?

Excellent video shot from a plane during a mass civil disobedience demonstration at one of the oldest places of civilization where celtic peopole were known to gather for ritual pagan worship 5000 years ago and early Christian worshippers were known to congregate with St Patrick to worship in the fifth century AD in Ireland. The protestors are objecting to the government building the roadway M3 through this sacred heritage site. Be aware of what you are seeing! gerryg

I was there a few months ago and can't believe that this is being allowed to happen. The place is so peaceful and serene. I wonder if any study has been done on how the noise pollution from the highway among other things will affect this beautiful site.

I live beside tara, grew up playing on it. Its a shame but we cannot do anything, it will go ahead because the people in power want more money from road tolls and the land owners around tara will make a packet. Shame on all of you in power!! It will come back to bite u big style
