Paul only opposes the Civil Rights Act because it impedes on private property rights. It is unconcstitutional to legislate law that forces people to not be allowed to discriminate within their private property. Paul does not oppose civil rights.

There are lots of Pro Ron Paul endorsements from black youtubers. That e-mailer is crazy, Herman Cains plan is the worst plan out of all the nominees. It is a tax cut for the rich and a tax increase for the poor. And 9% sales tax will get passed down to the consumer on many different levels. It will decrease the buying power of everyone, hurt the economy and severely impact the poor and middle class.
Personally, I like 999. Everyone pays. Do away with income tax refunds, EIC, deductions and loop holes for businesses. The revenue boom would be deafening.
