@ddbass150 What proof do you have? There is no evidence that DD is better than sundown. Some sundown woofers have more output than some DD's, and some DD's have more output than some sundowns, assuming when you say "better" as in "more output".

That was done at 41hz in a No-Wall setup that plays solid down to 32hz. It's not an "SPL" setup by any means. Keep watch cause this vehicle is coming for the LightWeight Bass Boxing championship belt as well as the loudest Meca drive-by score next season.

A vw is a lil different than an Excursion. Much larger vehicle takes a wee bit more to pressurize the cabin. Since you want to compare though let us know your Bass Boxing, Bass Race, or Drive-By scores instead of just burp. Make sure to use legal TermLab scores only please.

Actually steve's tahoe with the old Fi BTL 18's was doing about 155-156ish db. Impressive but not the loudest out there. I'm really close to those numbers myself. His new setup however is closer to that 160db mark. fyi
