when i do track motion on my sony vegas it does the track motion for the ENTIRE track not just the clip, why is that?! D:

@Hightiideloners Probably you selected a track not a individual clip. If you didnt you may have copied and pasted the same clip loads of tims (i dunnoy but some people do that) then this would also cause the problem. If all else fails put everythingon to there individual track

@FadingEmotion on the video track on the left, try putting your mouse between the video track and the video and click and move the mouse to the right. It may pop up there. Hope this helps :-)

When I click 3D Source Alpha, the clip in the preview window freaks out and plays random parts, freezes or even disappears completly.

Anyone know why?

It will most likely become a lower quality, depending on the size off the GIF file your using, and yes you can import them.

the timeline may be compressed at the bottom of the window, bring your cursor down to the bottom of the window until it changes to the double arrow and drag up.

Hi its me again, i need to ask you something, you know how you can have multiple video tracks and audio tracks, and well I have 2 video tracks, and whenever i try to make the video on both tracks appear at the same time ( so for example, i m standing, and so are you, one track its me standing, other track is u standing), so we can both show up at the same time, and well when i do that, how come the video lags a little, so like its slower, do you know why that happens, and does it happen to u ?

well i have put a clip in sony vegas 8.0, but i want my own song to play with the clip not the music thats in the clip, but i cant seem to do that, whenever i try to do it, theres no audio, so yeah, can u just tell me how to make the video's sound go away, and put ur own song in ? ( i have tried muting it and it doesnt work), so can u please tell me? thanks !

Np and to get rid of the sound of the video, you go to the end of the timeline and you will see boxes 1 Box that in line is for aduio and 1 box that Thats in line with the Video, well you click on the box that is in line with the aduio and delete it then to get your own song you go to your documents and drag it into sony vegas ^_^

well for a fade out you go to the very end (beginging) and hover over the top courners of which ever clip you want to fade, then you get a arch looking symble then just drag that arch in to the clip and it will fade ^_^

well they change the way the clip looks ontop of another clip, foexample, if you want one clip to look like someone is shineing a light on it but you also what to see the other clip underneath that then you would use hard light..
