@missbbb111 .. I agree with you.. but in Khirad's case its because she had been under a lot of stress and had a premature delivery!!! Which has the most factor and effect in a child's birth :)

@missbbb111 if ur saying this due to hareems illness well its most probably due to khirads diet during pregnancy since she wasnt able to afford all the prenatal medicines and essential foods which will definitely cause defects in children. cousin marriages cause defects in children only if they have been continueing for many generations eg if khirads parents were cousins and ashrafs parents were cousins etc and btw im a med student :p just spreading awareness :D
