This is not "flamenco". This is a dance and off-shoot of flamenco called Sevillanas, named for it's birthplace of Sevilla (Seville). I'd say about 30% of Sevilla natives can dance this... and you can too - after about 2 weeks of lessons. In the Feria de Abril you will dance this 100 times drunk on rebujito.

@justinutube Sevillanas is a style of Flamenco. And, yes, it is quite easy to learn. But really all forms of Flamenco can be easy ... it just takes time and practice to be good at it. But to do it at a bar it's not so hard :P
