Any innocent approach during the day time, or in safe social places would have a good response back from women!. They are safe and they feel safe, hence are open for openers! So walking up to them and saying "hello, how are you?" would still work.
If she said I have a boyfriend, instead of saying "he must be a lucky guy" try "Vow, how does it feel to be in a perfect relationship?" to keep the conversation going!

Arkady.You know how you were saying that guys can be attracted to a girl just by seeing her and not even knowing her? well, thats my case. and heres my problem, im not bad looking at all but im not a popular dude in our school and she is pretty popular.
