I believe I've heard the Cuban transmissions before. I'm in the mid-west United States, so that's about all I can hear. I can't listen to any shortwave since the attenna busted. Still makes a good alarm clock, though.
The only stations I manage to pick up are the Cuban V2 stations and they are weak at that. My QTH is central Alabama... I hear a lot of Cuban Jammers across the bands though.

You might be able to pick up E10 sometimes, when conditions are good. I'm able to do so with just a telescopic aerial in TX.
