Omg, I had my blackberry off because of this For like a whole YEAR ! & This REALLY worked !! although I have to say if you had a pin for your phone (block so people dont see your stuff) AND DONT REMEMBER IT " IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING" but whatever im just happy it was fixed ! I even had to buy a new phone + do a 2 year agreement ! * MY PHONE WAS FROM VERIZON IT WORKS FINE NOW !!! THANK YOUUUU !!!!
