  • brilliant. many thanks for posting

  • such sound is only as good as the musician playing the keys..

    kudos on good work

  • Does this load in the tyros as a TVN File

  • This sounds as good as your Abacus theatre organ voices. (to an untrained ear).

    Which do you prefer?

  • @marcel911 I prefer the sounds from the abacus as they are just a little richer than the TTT ones.

  • Great sound!

Which TTT pack did you get this sound from as i would like to get it myself

Was it theatre magic vol 2?

    Cheers

  • @jazzyjuke This video uses all of the packs together.

  • Absolute superb rendition of the Wurlitzer Organ, you can close your eyes and think you were inside the gorgeous tower ballroom.......

If Reg Dixon could see this instrument now..............

  • nice sound!!!!!!

  • Damn realistic! Who needs those old fashioned bulky complex packs of whistles anymore! Just joking!

  • OWWWWWW FANTASTIC OWWW

  • What type of keyboard is under the Tyros 4????? Is it just a midi controller so you

can have more keys to assign voices to. I didn't know the Tyros 4 could control

    another keyboard?

  • What type of keyboard is under the Tyros 4?????

  • Hi, There seems to be plenty of appreciation of the hardware and very little for the Organist, A lovely compilation of Tunes love to hear more arrangments of similar music loved it splendid playing Kindest regards

  • When I listen to this and close my eye's, I can hear the Blackpool ballroom Wurlitzer in action and see all the folks twirling around the floor. Nice sound albeit not American theatre organ sound but nice just the same.

  • How can I get these voices

  • @Royalorgans you can get theatre organ sounds from a company called sounds for keys - search on google.

TTT also produce theatre organ voices which are good.

  • @keithwilson01 which organ out of the Yamaha tyros 4 and the wersi abacus sound best with the theater organ sounds and why. Which keyboard has the best authentic sounds.

  • @Royalorgans Maybe it's subjective ...but I think the Wersi has a better fuller sound set.

  • Well Done ! A little too much reverb for my tastes but love the performance !!!

  • @dynamic881964 The reason for the spacious sound is because the Blackpool ballroom is a fairly large space and the organ pipes produce a large echo through-out that space. When you watch a YouTube video of the Blackpool ballroom, you'll hear the exact reverberation, then it makes sense. Close your eye's and forget these are just keyboards producing this sound, think about the ballroom and the way the pipe organ sounds in that space then you'll see the whole picture.

  • Hi yes, the Hammond pedals have the expression on the top and are half the price of the Roland equivalent - and they are Hammond - Great quality.

  • Ant particular reason you went with the Hammond pedals as opposed to an other.

    Tom

    NYC

  • @cinema104

Yes the hammond pedals have the expression pedal fitting on top - making them more organ like and were half the price of the Roland ones - and, being Hammond, the quality is superb.

  • Hi, I assume the sounds will sound exactly the same on a Tyros3???????

  • @gazzeel Yes it should because the sound samples have nothing to do with the keyboards. But for your Tyro's 3 to sound like this, you need to buy the sample set then you'll have the same sound as is being played in this instance. Go to the website advertised in the video to find the sample set.

  • Thanks for the advice, I have a PSR DS900 already, I guess that would do If it was joined with the MIDI Connections as you say. Thank you,

  • I was remiss in not commenting on your video and playing, in my recent post. Excellent phrasing and style. Thoroughly enjoyable ands brought back many fond memories. I lived for several years within 35 miles of Blackpool, and, needless to say was often visiting the Tower Ballroom listening, and dancing to the Wurlitzer organ (Reginald Dixon in those days.)

  • I too, am a fan of the Theatre Organ, and am also looking to get a Tyros 4 in the future. Can someone tell me; is this unit made up from separate keyboards, or can it be bought as a 'twinset' as I think someone calls it.?

  • @patrol681 You can only buy the Tyros 4. But you can buy a second keyboard and connect the 2 ones with a MIDIwire

  • Hi there, you can buy the voice samples from Total Transformation Technology

    regards

  • Super . Sind die Voices zu kaufen ?

Can i buy the voice ?

  • Super . Sind die Voices zu kaufen ?

  • Dear Leigh!

Very nice video - I´m not a very big fan about this style of theater sounds **BUT** about your playing style!!! ;-)

    Thank you for sharing !

    Your friend Robert ,-)

  • Hello Robert!

Many thanks for your kind comments. Tyros 4 with these voices is one of the most incredible things to play. In fact, I am now selling my Wersi as the T4 Tower as I am now calling it, has just wiped the floor with the poor wersi.

I love it - Thanks for your comments - see you in Herdecke in September! :o)

  • Brilliant Demo Leigh. First class and really shows what can be done with a Twinset and pedals. First class samples and really does sound like you are in the Tower Ballroom where I have visited many times.

    regards

    keith

  • Thanks Keith,

Im now putting a sticker on the back of the T4 - TOWER!

It sounds so realistic - Reg and his team have done a great job with these sounds.

    Hope he does more!

  • thats just fabulous, you show the voices off with true style,

    cheers, Reg

  • @FantomReg - Your welcome reg - the samples are just outstanding.

I have already plugged them to a few friends who visited - they are oustanding.

Would be good to have some cymbal crashes if you have any samples.

Will post some more full length songs on here for you.

  • @keithwilson01 the crashes etc. are on the Fairground & Theattre additions pack / folder,

plus set in multipads regards, Reg

  • @FantomReg Let me go and have an quick look. I saw traps and toys 1/2 and have them loaded.

  • great video very well performed !!!!! Totally Kenny.....

  • Thanks Kenny!

    Best wishes

    Leigh

  • @keithwilson01

Great Demo Leigh. Stan and I have had the TTT Samples for Roland Fantom XR for over two years, first midied to our YAMAHA STAGEA ELS01X and now midied to our Roland AT-900C. They are wonderful sounds and you do them justice! Cheers, Lee Anderson & Stan Koyama

  • @lba3222 Hey Guys!

Thanks for the kind comments. DIdn't know you had the Fantom XR!

The samples are just so much fun to play with - serious theatre music or fun - you can do it all.

  • @keithwilson01 Hi, Brill demo, takes me back to when I use to play for a living. a long step away from the C3 and alike although I still remember my Lowry symphonic as an 18yr old boy bought with my own hard earned cash..Anyways, what is model is the lower keyboard, Musicland in Wales are selling the T4 organ set up for 5.999 pounds is this a good deal. regards Happy playing days RT
