I can't watch this commercials. I get nostalgic over how I had to lick the face to make that heart vanish, all the good toys they had then and what crap they have today. They need to bring toys like this back. Well off to watch the other old commercials of toys I had and remember.

I had so many of these dolls, they were my absolute favorite growing up. One time I won triplets, and the day the two other dolls came in the mail was one of the happiest of my young life. I even actually said, "I'm such a lucky magic nursery mommy!" Ah, nostalgia.

I had a girl - can't recall the name, but my friend got one the same Christmas (1990), and she was got a twin - her babies had the red dress, and mine had the blue flowerly dress, which she liked better. We put them in a stroller and took them for a walk after we got them - we were 8 years old and loved our babies!

Holy crap I had like 5 of these. They made a variation on it a little later called "Magic Nursery Newborn" and it was bald because it was...well...a newborn. I loved those dolls. I still have them.

now that I see this commercial, I think I actually had TWINS. I remember getting the "twin" card and searching the box for the twin until I decided it must be some kind of imaginary twin, haha. my parents knew better, but I still never got my second doll because my parents wouldn't allow me to "give away our adress to the company" (maybe they were afraid of mass mail advertising). :(

I had one.. and it was my baby girl, her name was Jill, I remember I couldn't wait, took the box from the x-mas tree, headed into the kitchen, grabed a crystal bowl and filled it with water, and found out it was a girl... my mom got upset because she told me to wait, sorry, I'm still not a patient person at my age of 26, not even mention I was around 8 by the time. It tore up my heart when I gave her for charity few years ago... but I'm glad there's a happy little mom out there.

I got that doll for Christmas one year. I remember being so frustrated with it. That nightie took forever to dissolve. I ran it over the sink to try and get to to dissolve faster. The cap was hard to get off the doll too. I think I had to cut mine off.

I still have the doll. She's a girl BTW she's my Cabbage Patch Kid's other sister.
