  • i'v heard much much better japanese violin songs than this but i can't find it anymore..

  • The person that disliked this song, has no taste in music . n .;

  • @aquastar66 It could be that the 'disliker' is actually MORE familiar with this piece than most of us but he/she disagrees with this particular rendition...

  • this is so serene...you could just listen to it and it will melt away your pain.

  • One person doesn´t like peace..... I think about nothing when I hear this beautiful piece... I love this sensation, is so beautiful, so peaceful... that´s amazing, Anne.

  • Most beautiful piece... mesmerizing, I just can not get enough! Thank you so much Anne you touched another soul!!

  • im sorry, if you feel this comment is inappropriate i completely understand. i love this music however i am a guy who knows what he's doing in Photoshop, and the "paintings" for this video look an awful lot like the water colour preset filters you get. looks to me like a load of images that have been edited using the watercolour filter in Photoshop. look at the image @02:05 particularly at the stairs how the lines are unhumanly straight. and pixellated.

  • This is actually "Birds in Warped Time II", just so you know. Maybe you could change the description, uploader? At any rate, thank you for uploading this! It's a great recording; I have this cd.

  • Anne Akiko Meyers tu musica es magica!!!! como un hechizo queda en nuestros oidos mente alma, esta impresionante version, sonando transportandome alli donde los sueños van !!!!!!

  • A.A.Meyers, not too bad. But only if Iona Brown could have played this for a recording.

Maybe I'm just saying that because this song makes me think of 'The Lark Ascending.'

  • Absolutely amazing.

Breath taking. I had no idea your talents lay elsewhere Bill!!

    Thank you for sharing!

  • simply eerie, breathtaking, impulsive video, amazing images and music form something timeless

  • I may be into Metal and Hard Rock but I must say the most deepest part of my heart treasures beautiful masterpieces such as this. It really helps me to find that peace within the storm we call life.

  • haha, shut up you chief

  • same here :)

  • Bill, thank you for sharing your amazing work. I was searching for Somei Satoh, so I found your work completely by accident. Do you have a website? I can't seem to find one.

  • when people think of Japan here they seem to think of hi-fis and electrical gadgets!....I stayed and travelled in and around Japan in my early 20's and this music....and these beautiful paintings remind me of what I saw - a truly magical country. Thank you.

  • 時間の経過と鳥の動きを同時に音で表現しているように思う。鳥は何色だろうか。水墨画のようでもある。格調あるしっかりした作品と思う。ありがとう。

  • atmospheric; beautiful.

  • Speechless...

Greatest video of YouTube as far as I've seen.

  • This is a beautiful video. The artwork fits the music so nicely. It is as if the two were meant to be together. Thanks for posting this.
