Now it has been proved that Mayweather is not ducking Cotto as he has agreed to fight him. Personally I feel Margarito should have been banned from the sport for using loaded gloves. No fighter has a legit chance of beating him...thats first off, secondly, no cotto never called out floyd....he may have said hes open to fight him...like any fighter would say but he has never said floyd's name....Floyd however did want to fight Cotto at 140 and Arum didnt let them do it because he wanted Cotto to develop. Cotto never made efforts to fight floyd and when floyd called him out in 04 and 05 when floyd was a jr welterweight, Cotto's camp said he wasnt ready...so that's a duck. Floyd never said "Cotto is not gonna retire me.." YOu totally modified that sentence, He said. "I will retire from the sport of boxing" "BOXING wont retire me" At the time he was satisfied with his career and wanted to retire instead of winning countlessly until age caught up with him.

I think Margarito lost that fight easily was because he was already mentally beat when he got caught cheating, you could see it in his face when he walked to the ring. And the reason why Floyd asked Mosley to take the test is because he used PEDs in 2003. I don't think Mosley would risk getting caught again.
